Muhammad buhari :Stopping Efcc from seizing assets is not an option

eaglestare.blogspot.com A Bill, which will clip the wings of anti-graft agencies by establishing a new agency, is in the works,  The Nation  has learnt. The bill is seeking to establish the Proceeds of Crimes Recovery and Management Agency (POCA), which will strip the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and six other agencies of powers to seize assets or invoke the forfeiture clause. It has been sent to the President. If signed into law, the bill will stop the EFCC and six other anti-corruption agencies from securing freezing orders on suspicious bank accounts under investigation. The bill also empowers a court to give an order to allow a suspect to be paid “reasonable” living expenses from his or her restrained property. The new bill says POCA’s powers supersede those of the EFCC and the six other agencies. The other agencies, which are affected by the Proceeds of Crimes Bill, include Independent Corrupt Practices and  Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC);

  eaglestare.blogspot.com In my country  Nigeria : Education is an equal rights but quality education is choice. Bola oluwasegun: I traveled to  Lagos State to visit  my uncle, so we where  kind of  discussing  about  schools issues   and I ask my uncle  how much  do his  children  school  fees cost?;  and he replied  that the first son school fees only cost five hundred  thousand  naira,  (N500) I was kind-of shocked, not because of  the price  of the fee, I was thinking yes my uncle spend five hundred thousand naira half a million to get a good  quality education for his children,do they are schools that pay more than that but  there are some  children  that their school  fees  is nothing to  be count on,  and they get less and poor inequality  education  because  their  parents  cant  afford  such  price,  talk less  of the children  attending  public school system,  what can they  count  for their  future?  Because  you can  never  compare  a child  like that of my uncle

El-Rufai described the news as “bigotry-driven” propagated by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. In a post on his official Facebook page, El-Rufai vowed to remain PDP’s permanent nightmare. He wrote: “UPDATE: I woke up after a rare 8-hour bout of deep sleep to learn that some bigotry-driven, PDP-affiliated fake news platform has declared my driver dead and my humble self in coma. Both claims are false. “I thank them for reducing the days in their lives and adding them to mine. I remain their permanent nightmare and not about to disappear from their wretched and corrupt lives a
