A statement by FRSC Corps Public Education Officer, Bisi Kazeem this was in line with its tradition of organising special patrols during festive periods to avert road obstructions, crashes and deaths due to heightened traffic movement. The Ondo State Police Command has confirmed the killing of a 21-year-old undergraduate of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, AAUA, Ondo State gathered that the deceased identified as Daniel Paul Oluwatosin, a 200 level student of the institution’s Philosophy Department, was allegedly killed by suspected cultists during initiation process into “aiye” confraternity. Three suspects, who were linked to the killing of the deceased, have subsequently been arrested by the police.
